Welcome to the Peachbarn Winery & Café
Currently Open for Indoor & Outdoor Seating
You will find us in the scenic fruit and wine country among the rolling hills of southern Illinois in the small town of Alto Pass. We are located just 16 miles south of Carbondale and are surrounded by Shawnee National Forest. A proud member of the Shawnee Hills Wine Trail, the Peachbarn is where gourmet food is served with estate bottled Illinois wine.
Many activities are available to round out your visit to southern Illinois. Enjoy the antique shops in our small towns, or a walk down one of the many hiking trails in the Shawnee National Forest. Savor sun ripened peaches just picked from our orchard or simply relax on our deck while sipping a glass of your favorite wine while Humming Birds and Barn Swallows dart about.
Wherever the adventure takes you, make sure to stop by the Peachbarn for an experience you won’t soon forget.
